2. Audit (1–3 weeks) — depending on scope, we look at your site, processes, data. You get a written report with findings.
3. Proposal — fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Approve or adjust.
4. Kick-off — we start work. Weekly updates, monthly reports, direct Slack/email contact.

You can stop at any step. There's no long contract trap.
